Each space was intentionally crafted with people at the forefront of the experience: a human-centric design approach that is rich in personality, designed to spark curiosity, and built around community.

A brand as rich as their’s made it easy to craft an experience representative of its culture. “Belong Anywhere” – the company’s vision statement – served as a guiding principle where both local culture and global experiences could be celebrated. Planning principles were inspired by the architecture of the 四合院 (si he yuan) – a traditional housing composition in Beijing. Arranged to create inner courtyards at the heart of each neighborhood, 四合院 serves as a space to celebrate community and encourage collaboration. Each ‘neighborhood’ in the design reflects the local culture of Beijing while the meeting rooms remain globally aligned, inspired by actual listings and experiences around the world.
