Beet Pear Ginger Juice
4-6 large beets
This juice is great for purifying the blood and also great for digestion! Start by washing all of the produce thoroughly. I like to remove the seeds from the pear prior to juicing. Juice the beets, pear and ginger. Taste and modify based on your flavour preference. For more sweetness, add more pear. If it is too sweet I suggest adding more beet, and for more spice add more ginger. Just be careful, when juicing a little ginger goes a long way!

After juicing, rather than throwing away all of the leftover fiber you can always set aside to make homemade crackers or add to soups or stews. More on this to come.
