BMW of Manhattan, located in New York City’s Upper West Side, called for a complete interior redesign of the showroom, office space and service areas as well as the addition of a new 2-story atrium and architectural facade design. The overall guest experience required an update to meet the BMW brand standards providing a clients with a more consistent global experience. Collaboration with BMW’s German headquarters was a crucial part of the process.
