Cow Face Pose
Raise one arm straight up above your head. Bend at the elbow dropping your hand behind your head and between your shoulder blades. Take your opposite arm straight down along your side and then bend at the elbow bringing that hand behind and up your back. The two hands meet between at the midline of your back between your shoulder blades. A towel or strap can be used as a variation.
