Located in West Chelsea’s landmarked Starrett Lehigh building, Martha Stewart’s expanding offices overflowed the a full city block floor plate shifting program on to a 2-story office space. Reorganisation of photographic studios, prop rooms, woodshop, department work rooms as well as the employee workspace was a perfectly curated. The industrial and monochromatic design proved to be the perfect canvas for the multi-faceted creative departments.
