Papaya Banana Smoothie
1 frozen banana
1 cup papaya
1 cup unsweetened almond milk, coconut milk or water
1 serving of plant-based protein (I use Vanilla Life Shake)
Dried coconut (topping)
Combine all ingredients in the blender until it is a smooth consistency. The frozen banana will make the smoothie cold and creamy without having to add ice. If the banana is not frozen feel free to add ice as desired. Pour and top with dried coconut.
Makes 1 large smoothie.
