Red Onion + Kalamata Olive Salad
This is a super simple salad for one of those days when you just don’t have a lot of time. Thinly slice some red onion and roughly chop the fresh kalamata olives. Top the onion and olives on a large bowl of arugula and drizzle with olive oil and a splash of balsamic vinegar.
